1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the 115 platform (available at 115.wine), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained in this document, you are not permitted to continue using this platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 115 platform. This platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above who are resident in Malaysia or in regions permitted by the operator. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.

2. Account Creation & Security

  • Only one account is permitted per individual. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is strictly prohibited.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 115 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

  • Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 115 customer support immediately.
  • Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users of the 115 platform agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the security of the platform, other users, or the operator.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action:

  • Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
  • Attempting to defraud the payment system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
  • Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
  • Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering or other illicit financial activities.
  • Disrupting or interfering with other users' experience on the platform.
  • Posting harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel provided by 115.

115 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 115 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. 115 does not accept payments on behalf of any third party.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via available local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and local bank debit cards. Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on your account's deposit page. 115 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. A one-time identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed. 115 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for verification and compliance purposes.

Transaction Disputes

In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact 115 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. 115 will investigate the dispute based on system records and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

115 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, misuse, or any other reason deemed necessary by the operator. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of any remaining account balance.

Liability Limits

115 and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes loss of funds resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised account access caused by user negligence. 115's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of unused deposits held in the account at the time of the incident.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the 115 platform are the exclusive property of the operator or its licensors and are protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

Governing Law
